Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges, by following terms and conditions:

•    You must ship your Return within 20 days of invoice date,
•    Your Return must be in its original condition, must be unused / unworn
•    We may request your valid photo I.D. and the collection of some personal details may be required to process a return. 
•     Please return the item/s in the original packaging (including all ticketing, boxing and receipts)
•     The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), Your bank may require additional days to process.
•    Gift Certificate / Coupon code are not available to exchange or convert in currency.   
•    The cost of returns are not paid for by Adelesia and will not be reflected in your refund amount.
